Hey, Ashley here! Our crazy journey began with the creation of LivinQuarters LLC in 2018. Wendy and I saw a need for upgraded, affordable rental housing in my hometown of Beaver City, NE. We began purchasing and renovating multiple homes in Beaver City and Furnas County at-large, while living and working full-time in Denver, CO.

Fast-forward to 2022. We had fallen in love with the small-town life during our trips to work on our properties, so we decided to take the plunge and move to Beaver City. Shortly after unpacking our moving boxes, we started LQ Painting. Since then, the community and surrounding areas have embraced and catapulted the business to where it is today. We love what we do and look forward to continuing to grow our operation in communities and counties, both big and small, in southwest Nebraska.

In our downtime, we enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching and playing sports (GO BIG RED!), and spoiling our black lab, Dez. Wendy is a member of the Beaver City Planning Commission and is the President of the Beaver City Chamber of Commerce. I use my “free” time to run my business as a mental performance coach and am the Head Coach of the Southern Valley High School Boys’ Basketball team. Living in and serving small Nebraska towns really is The Good Life for us!
